  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience outlined below

  • Experience and knowledge of technology such as email, google, suite, MS office, Calendly, and project management tools 

  • Social Media Manager & Creator 
    • Content Strategy Development: Craft and execute tailored content strategies to grow brand presence, engagement, and community loyalty across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

    • Creative Content Production: Design, shoot, and edit high-quality visual and video content, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice, aesthetic, and target audience.

    • Community Engagement & Growth: Foster a thriving online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and creating interactive content to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.

    • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, measure ROI, and continuously refine content and strategies based on data-driven insights and trends.

  • Virtual Assistant
    • Administrative Support: Provide efficient administrative assistance, including document preparation, data entry, and general office management tasks to streamline business operations.

    • Email Management: Organize and prioritize incoming emails, respond to inquiries, filter spam, and draft professional responses to ensure timely communication.

    • Calendar & Schedule Management: Maintain and organize calendars, schedule appointments, set reminders, and coordinate meetings to optimize time management.

    • Client & Task Coordination: Assist with project management, client communications, and task tracking, ensuring deadlines are met and business workflows run smoothly.

  • Web Developer 

    • Website Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites that align with our brand, ensuring optimal performance across all devices and browsers.

    • Backend Integration & Optimization: Implement backend solutions, optimize website functionality, and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance site speed, security, and user experience.

    • SEO & Analytics: Integrate SEO best practices to improve site visibility, and utilize analytics tools to track performance, providing insights for continuous improvement and growth.
